Our Story
Founded and led by Scott Gerecke and Dylan Rake, G&R has grown steadily over the past 8+ years — evolving from a single-operator roofing business into a strong two-person partnership.
Together, the team has completed hundreds of residential, commercial and architectural projects, proudly working alongside respected builders and developers across three states.
